10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is generally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest).

This is without a doubt not to be confused with the heart, which is generally located to the left of the heart chakra.

Information on how to deal:

Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are literally more sensitive to every thing around you. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.

My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was truly due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.

Information on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is usually causing your issues.

3. Amplification of the senses.

Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is certainly hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Answers on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be certainly afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Occasionally the dreams are generally so real that you wake up confused. You may likely even have lucid dreams in which you are normally in control.

Many dreams may well be mystical or carry messages for you.

And in some dreams, you just know that you are undoubtedly not “dreaming” … that what is happening is actually somehow real.

Suggestion: You will remember what is definitely important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are generally and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.

This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.

7. A sense of something “Impending”.

There is generally a feeling that something is certainly about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Opinions: There is normally nothing to worry about. Things are really definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are definitely prayers. There is without a doubt nothing to fear.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are actually around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Hints: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are truly ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Counsel: Ground yourself by eating protein. At times “comfort food” feels. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are truly healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Consultation:. Keep in mind that it is certainly best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be definitely stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides. Is It Okay To Take Vitamins During Spiritual Awakening

When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were certainly already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening

Awakening can seem like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. It is literally important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.

It is simply almost like the Divine is literally showing us how interior work should go. Surrender is usually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.

With that said, surrender is really not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is definitely moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are literally going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!

10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening

1. Sudden waves of emotion.

Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is literally often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest).

This is truly not to be usually confused with the heart, which is without a doubt located to the left of the heart chakra.

Opinions on how to deal:

Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be simply felt will keep them from being without a doubt stored in the body.

2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.

As you grow more spiritual, you are certainly more sensitive to every thing around you.

Helpful advice on how to deal:

Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is really causing your issues.

Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is definitely hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).

Ideas on how to deal:.

Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be simply patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.

4. Vivid dreams.

Frequently the dreams are undoubtedly so real that you wake up confused. You might just even have lucid dreams in which you are certainly in control.

Many dreams might probably be simply mystical or carry messages for you.

And in some dreams, you just know that you are not “dreaming” … that what is without a doubt happening is usually somehow real.

Advise: You will remember what is undoubtedly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

5. Events that completely alter your life:

Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … occasionally several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are simply and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments.

There is literally a feeling that something is actually about to happen. This can create anxiety.

Guide: There is certainly nothing to worry about. Things are usually definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you.

8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.

When you are truly around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.

Help: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.

9. Dizziness.

This occurs when you are simply ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is normally adjusting to your “lighter” state.

Suggestions: Ground yourself by eating protein. Often “comfort food” feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

10. Memories Resurface.

Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.

Opinions:. It is certainly best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be truly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
