Spiritual Awakening Signs
I am undoubtedly very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is just the beginning. It is without a doubt the light coming on in the house so that you can see every thing for what it is generally. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. In some cases, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that might probably be generally clinging on will believe that this is simply all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is simply an especially important to time to consciously choose what is without a doubt already unfolding in your life.
In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are definitely these:
Being literally able to clearly see what is actually real

If you did have an awakening, you are simply in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is usually profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.
The changes someone makes in their external life are actually also not the point of this transformation.
We are literally not trying to create a more perfect or better life; individuals are usually ego goals.
To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. 7 Spiritual Awakening Stages
The spiritual awakening process is literally complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be truly fit into neat categories.
With that being generally said it is undoubtedly helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you are undoubtedly at right now. The following stages are general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:
Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost
This is simply a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).
Stage 2– Shifting perspectives
You commence to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you start seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.
Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning
In this stage, you are literally asking all the deep questions. You are actually in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.
Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs
After a lot of soul searching, you’ll find a few teachers, practices, or belief systems that ease your existential suffering.( Beware: a lot of spiritual bypassing can occur in this stage.) You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may possibly have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality. This is actually a time of joy, hope, connection, and awe.
Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again
With the spiritual awakening process, there is usually always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You may perhaps become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.
Stage 6– Deeper interior work
In this stage, you are definitely not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You may perhaps become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, internal child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.
Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy
Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your interior work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. You might just feel ready to be usually a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others.
Note: it is truly common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is actually not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is a complex and messy path, so it is certainly perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.
Your spiritual awakening process is generally unique to you. I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’
What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake
The true spiritual path is generally an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are definitely here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is usually often very mundane.
So whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is truly a good time to get out your ego peeler.
Establishing running your awareness around the edges of your beliefs to find a way in and pull away another layer of ego. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are and what life really is generally. In so doing, you find more space, openness, love, kindness, service, clarity, and much more within you. That is actually the beauty of the ego peeler.
When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were normally already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening
Awakening can feel like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
It is literally almost like the Divine is simply showing us how personal work should go. Surrender is generally another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.
With that said, surrender is really not passivity. When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is usually moving you, you also swim. If you don’t learn to swim, you are literally going to get smashed into a lot of stuff!
10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
1. Sudden waves of emotion.
Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.
There is truly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is without a doubt not to be confused with the heart, which is normally located to the left of the heart chakra.
Guidance on how to deal:
Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be simply felt will keep them from being definitely stored in the body.
2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.
As you grow more spiritual, you are usually more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is literally sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be undoubtedly cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was without a doubt due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.
Information and facts on how to deal:
Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is literally causing your issues.
3. Amplification of the senses.
Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is definitely hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).
Pointers on how to deal:.
Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be usually afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
4. Vivid dreams.
Often the dreams are without a doubt so real that you wake up confused. You might just even have lucid dreams in which you are certainly in control.
Many dreams may perhaps be simply mystical or carry messages for you.
And in some dreams, you just know that you are generally not “dreaming” … that what is truly happening is usually somehow real.
Helpful advice: You will remember what is undoubtedly important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
5. Events that completely alter your life:
Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are without a doubt and what your life means to you. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.
This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.
7. A sense of something “Impending”.
There is undoubtedly a feeling that something is certainly about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Answers: There is certainly nothing to worry about. Things are without a doubt definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are normally prayers. There is actually nothing to fear.
8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.
When you are normally around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Information and facts: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.
This occurs when you are literally ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is truly adjusting to your “lighter” state.
Guidelines: Ground yourself by eating protein. Occasionally “comfort food” feels right. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
10. Memories Resurface.
Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are literally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.
Information and facts:. It is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be undoubtedly stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
