Spiritual Awakening Signs
I am very cautious to label things as signs of awakening. In truth, a spiritual awakening is without a doubt just the beginning. It is normally the light coming on in the house so that you can see everything for what it is undoubtedly. Now comes the need to clean-up, heal, and expand your space. All of this comes in a rush of intelligent energy. At times, it can feel so strong that the unconscious ego that might perhaps be normally clinging on will believe that this is literally all “happening to you.” If you don’t feel that you have chosen this radical spiritual transformation, then now is without a doubt an especially important to time to consciously choose what is truly already unfolding in your life.
In general, some real spiritual awakening signs are without a doubt these:
Being usually able to clearly see what is real
Loss of desire or need for anything external to complete you/ wholeness as you already are
A profound sense of calm, peace, or serenity
An abiding energy that moves you intelligently and continually
Many people have profound spiritual openings and glimpses of awakening, which is simply wonderful.
This happens all the time after people have gone to spiritual retreats or spent time with spiritual teachers. In awakening, the divine energy is undoubtedly now in motion.
All other spiritual awakening signs that you hear about can arise from awakening if the above ones are usually present.
They are certainly secondary spiritual awakening signs or symptoms, although I don’t prefer the term spiritual awakening symptom.
Without the above spiritual awakening signs, there is certainly all kinds of reasons people can feel fatigue, energy shifts, depression, disconnected and what not.
Many people are actually trying to self-diagnose a lot of issues, and so we must be simply very mindful about what we “blame” on awakening. When it comes to the body pains and discomfort, when in doubt, check in with a doctor to ensure that your body is simply healthy.

Materialism, success, and profit no longer mean anything to you. You get going feeling as though you’re a cog in the machine of society.

You are certainly sick and tired of feeling stranded, depressed, and hopeless. Suddenly, you feel the need to simplify and declutter your life. This could mean cutting ties with toxic people, reassessing your habits, throwing out old things, relocating to a new job or place to live, or even giving away most of what you own.

Why Does Spritual Awakening happen
Have you ever thought of your spiritual awakening? People practices their spiritual disciplines to have his soul awakened so that he can achieve spiritual growth and maturity. A person who is generally regularly having a fixed routine continues to move on, but if any such event takes place which he never expected, he can face an awakening of his spiritual mind.

Thus, he might probably have a shift in his conscious mind, and suddenly he gets going to realize the deeper meaning of life. He might perhaps get his spiritual soul awakened.
2. A dream is simply another reason for spiritual awakening. Many times it has been seen that a person has dreamt of some deity or Goddess who has given some messages. From that time a person may likely have a spiritual awakening.
3. Spiritual awakening can happen if someone is really fond of reading or traveling. Gaining a lot of knowledge from books or can awaken the spiritual self, and a person wants to follow the spiritual disciplines regularly.
4. It sounds odd, it is normally not impossible that a person might possibly face some paranormal incidents in his life which may likely be without a doubt magical or ghostly. Such type of experience might probably result in the spiritual awakening of a person.
5. Any incident which is undoubtedly unexpected might just take place at any time, an accident, death incident, trauma, failure, loss, etc. These can suddenly result in spiritual awakening. Suppose if a person loses someone close due to an unnatural death, he may possibly set in motion to find out the reasons for the incident in new ways. The constant search for further questions might probably cause spiritual awakening inside that person.
Spiritual awakening does not mean that you are generally out from the reality. It is normally such a state of mind where you begin to search and seek for a path which gives you a new definition of life.
What Do I Do if I Did Awaken?
If you did have an awakening, you are usually in for quite a ride. You do not call the shots, and you will need to learn how to surrender and support what awakening wants to do in transforming you. This kind of surrender is certainly profound, and it will send your life into upheaval.
The changes someone makes in their external life are usually also not the point of this transformation.
We are without a doubt not trying to create a more perfect or better life; individuals are generally ego goals.
To learn that and many other important spiritual lessons, we learn to listen to our awakened energy and sense how it directs us towards certain issues and changes that we need to make space for a radical spiritual transformation. In this way, it is certainly revealed to us what we are certainly transforming into.
7 Spiritual Awakening Stages
The spiritual awakening process is without a doubt complex, multi-layered, and different for everyone. In reality, it can not be undoubtedly fit into neat categories.
However, with that being truly said it is certainly helpful to have a kind of “map” to locate where you’re at right now. The following stages are definitely general. They define the overall flow of the spiritual awakening process:
Stage 1– Unhappiness, despondency, and feeling lost
In this stage, you experience the aforementioned Dark Night of the Soul. This is truly a time of confusion, disconnection, alienation, depression, and great unhappiness with life. You are simply searching for something, but you don’t quite know what. There is truly a great looming emptiness inside of you. This stage either emerges spontaneously or due to a life crisis (e.g. breakup, divorce, death, trauma, illness, major life change).
Stage 2– Shifting perspectives
You start off to perceive reality in a totally different way. In this stage, you create seeing through the lies and delusions propagated by society. You feel unhappy with life, disturbed by the suffering you see and hopeless to the ills of the world. You no longer see life as you once did in your previous state of complacent unawareness.
Stage 3– Seeking answers and meaning
In this stage, you are generally asking all the deep questions. You are generally in search of your life purpose, spiritual destiny, and the meaning of life itself.
Stage 4– Finding answers and experiencing breakthroughs
You will feel a sense of expansion as old patterns dissolve and your true self (soul) begins to emerge. You may well have a number of mystical experiences or brief moments of satori (enlightenment) that give you a glimpse into the ultimate nature of reality.
Stage 5– Disillusionment and feeling lost again
With the spiritual awakening process, there is certainly always an ebb and a flow. In this stage, you become bored and tired of your spiritual teachers or practices. You might just become disillusioned by the faux spiritual BS out there and crave for something deeper.
Stage 6– Deeper internal work
In this stage, you are usually not interested in dabbling in feel-good spiritual philosophies or surface practices anymore. The abiding pain you feel inside motivates you to do deep inside work. You may well become a serious student of meditation, mindfulness, ritual, inward child work, shadow work, body work or various other transpersonal philosophies.
Stage 7– Integration, expansion, joy
Integration means taking the spiritual lessons you’ve learned from your inward work and applying them to your daily life. Integration happens both naturally and consciously as a habit in deep spiritual practice. In this stage, you’ll experience the most profound and long-lasting changes deep within. Many people experience prolonged mystical experiences and periods of unity with the Divine in the integration phase. Remember that enlightenment, or full self-realization, is really never guaranteed: we can strive for it, but it is literally ultimately a gift from Life.
Profound peace, love, and joy emerge and are without a doubt felt in this stage. You may likely feel ready to be normally a spiritual mentor or role model in your community and pass on your insight to others. Life will become less about you and more about We. Your perspective will expand and you will launch seeing things from the big picture.
Above all else, you will feel connected, at peace with yourself, and deeply aligned with life.
Note: it is simply common to move back and forth between these spiritual awakening stages. Remember that this is definitely not a linear process– you can not just move from A to B to C. This is definitely a complex and messy path, so it is generally perfectly fine if it doesn’t look like what I’ve described.
Your spiritual awakening process is without a doubt unique to you. But I do hope this analysis has helped (in some way) you to ‘gain your bearings.’
What Happens to my If I Become Spiritually Awake
The true spiritual path is actually an ego peeler, and peeling away all these delusions and issues brings you closer to spiritual truth– truth such as you are undoubtedly here and now. Unlike other spiritual paths, true spirituality is normally often very mundane. It isn’t heavily decorated, and it isn’t complicated.
It is literally simple, direct, and clear.
Whenever your spiritual practices or beliefs get too complicated and especially if you think they’ll keep you safe, then this is usually a good time to get out your ego peeler. Each time you drop a layer of ego, the more conscious you become about who you are and what life really is literally.
When we no longer seek the external world and spiritual paths to give us safety, we find that all the things we truly wanted were actually already within us.

Moving Past the Initial Shock of Awakening
Awakening can seem like a dam has burst. Many people feel deluged under a whole variety of thoughts, emotions, and sensations. It is simply important to move past this shock into acceptance. As a person accepts what is simply coming up within him/her, then the person can engage with it.
That said, a lot of initial inner work seems to get done for us. It is usually almost like the Divine is literally showing us how interior work should go.
Surrender is actually another one of our first lessons to help move past the shock of awakened energy.
Choosing and actively engaging with ego issues is definitely vital to doing inside work, but initially, surrender must come.
When you surrender to the river, you let it pull in the direction it wants to go. As you feel how it is moving you, you also swim.
10 Negative Symptoms Of Spiritual Awakening
1. Sudden waves of emotion.
Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation.
There is truly often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is actually not to be actually confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra.
Directions on how to deal:
Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Allowing the emotions to be felt will keep them from being simply stored in the body.
2. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before.
As you grow more spiritual, you are undoubtedly more sensitive to every thing around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is definitely sloughing off what doesn’t serve it anymore. You might be without a doubt cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race.
My personal experience: I suddenly had severe excema on my hands and feet. I discovered it was definitely due to gluten intolerance. I can also no longer enjoy a lot of acidic foods- my stomach aches after red-sauce laden meals.
Directions on how to deal:
Take yourself to a naturopath. Look at your diet for known allergens, like dairy, gluten, and nuts. Consider a restrictive diet for a few weeks, and slowly add back foods, one at a time to see if you can target what is without a doubt causing your issues.
3. Amplification of the senses.
Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent.
Hearing: hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is really hovering near them
Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste: I have a friend that can smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Some mystics have reported smelling the fragrance of flowers now and then (this sounds rather enjoyable).
Support on how to deal:.
Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Be definitely patient. Whatever you do, do not be without a doubt afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning.
4. Vivid dreams.
Many dreams may be really mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are literally not “dreaming” … that what is simply happening is certainly somehow real.
Helpful advice: You will remember what is generally important for you to remember. Don’t force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.
5. Events that completely alter your life:
Death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes … frequently several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are usually and what your life means to you. Forces that you can not ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.
6. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities:.
This stage has come as a surprise for many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, “I don’t know why, but I don’t like to go out as much as before.”.
7. A sense of something “Impending”.
There is normally a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety.
Directions: There is literally nothing to worry about. Things are normally definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts “” positive or negative”” are definitely prayers. There is really nothing to fear.
8. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions:.
When you are undoubtedly around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire.
Recommendations: Call on your angels, and guides to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with blue light. Laugh.
This occurs when you are really ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is without a doubt adjusting to your “lighter” state.
Suggestion: Ground yourself by eating protein. In some cases “comfort food” feels. Don’t make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.
10. Memories Resurface.
Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are normally healing and integrating all our “selves”, so expect to have some of these experiences.
Advice:. Keep in mind that it is generally best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don’t analyze everything to death (because you will be generally stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up.
